How does MachineHiring calculate weighted candidate scorecards?

Our AI assigns a contextual match score (0–10) per candidate for each requisition. We can weight criteria (e.g., location, seniority) to raise or lower scores and show a human-readable rationale so evaluators see "why" a candidate scored as they did. Teams can tune weights and add business rules (e.g., location mismatch caps score at 5/10) and keep manual overrides with audit history (can be implemented).
