SCORM

SCORM is a standard way of creating online training materials that can work on any learning platform. Think of it like a universal format for digital courses, similar to how PDF works for documents. When someone mentions SCORM in their resume, they're talking about their experience with creating, managing, or implementing training content that can be easily shared between different learning systems. Other similar standards include xAPI (also called Tin Can) and cmi5. Companies use SCORM to ensure their training materials will work properly in their learning management system (LMS) and can track how employees progress through courses.
