Stakeholder Engagement
Stakeholder Engagement is the process of working with and managing relationships with all the different people and groups who might be affected by or interested in an environmental project. This includes local communities, government agencies, businesses, and environmental groups. Think of it as being the bridge between a project and all the people it impacts. It's similar to community relations or public consultation, but typically more comprehensive. The goal is to make sure everyone's voices are heard and considered during project planning and execution.
